Clubhouse hours have changed
Weekly Tuesday evening social support will be from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.
Socials will include Employment and Education support dinners, Birthday celebrations, and wellness activities.
The clubhouse will close at 4:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please call the Clubhouse if you have any questions. 970-493-4053
