Spirit Crossing Clubhouse Home Page

The Clubhouse is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.  Participation is voluntary.  The program is a work-oriented structure that offers choices to be productive and enhance work skills.  Opportunities include, administrative and clerical work, food service and cashiering, gardening and grounds keeping, cleaning and maintenance, and transportation services. The work we do together is the catalyst to building long lasting, meaningful relationships, and personal self esteem and confidence to contribute to the greater community through employment, education and social activities.

The Clubhouse provides transportation daily to and from the program in Fort Collins and Loveland.

A variety of social activities are held on weekends and in the evening.  The Clubhouse is open on all major Holidays.

 

  • Spirit Crossing Advisory Council is a group of community volunteers established to assist and guide the Clubhouse with fundraising, public relations and employment development.   The council includes,  2 clubhouse member representatives and 10 community leaders.

Mission:  Spirit Crossing Clubhouse supports adults with mental illness as they pursue their personal, social, financial and vocational goals.  Vision:  We believe one’s wellness depends upon experiencing positive work opportunities, meaningful social relationships, having one’s skills and talents needed by others and promoting independence through community involvement.  The Spirit Crossing community seeks to reduce stigma of mental illness through community education and outreach programs.    

 

  • Colorado Clubhouse Association (CCA):  The mission of the CCA is to serve as a forum for interpret and promote the Clubhouse Model of Rehabilitation statewide among organizations serving individuals with mental illness and the general public.  There are 2  ICCD Accredited Clubhouses located in Colorado.  Spirit Crossing is an active member of the CCA Board of Representatives and Committees.
